How do I create a delivery?
You can create a delivery through the FRAYT Shipper Portal by entering your pickup and delivery information, selecting a vehicle, choosing a service level, adding shipment details, and submitting your order.

Can I schedule a delivery?
Yes. Deliveries can be scheduled for a future date and exact pickup time.

Can I edit a delivery after submitting it?
No. Once a delivery has been submitted, it cannot be edited through the Shipper Portal.
If changes are needed, contact Support through the Support Messenger or email [email protected] as soon as possible.
Can I duplicate a previous delivery?
Yes. Open the previous delivery and select Duplicate to create a new delivery using the same information.
Vehicles
Which vehicle should I choose?
Choose the smallest vehicle that safely accommodates your shipment.

Do drivers provide loading or unloading assistance?
Drivers hand-load and hand-unload shipments.
Additional Loading and Unloading Services can also be requested during order creation.
Can drivers provide inside delivery?
Yes. Inside delivery is available when requested during order creation.
Do drivers have helpers?
No.
Drivers operate independently. If additional labor is required, request the appropriate Loading or Unloading Services during order creation.
Tracking Deliveries
How do I track my delivery?
Track your delivery through the FRAYT Shipper Portal.
You'll be able to view:
Delivery status
Driver location
Estimated arrival time
Proof of Delivery (after completion)
How often is tracking updated?
Driver locations update approximately every 30 seconds.
Estimated arrival times are automatically recalculated throughout the delivery.
Can I share tracking with someone else?
Yes.
Tracking links can be shared with recipients or other stakeholders.
When is Proof of Delivery available?
Proof of Delivery becomes available once it has been uploaded to the completed delivery.
Routes
What is a route?
A route allows multiple deliveries to be completed by a single driver during one trip.
Can I schedule routes?
Yes.
Routes can be scheduled for future dates and exact pickup times.
Can routes be duplicated?
Yes.
Previous routes can be duplicated, and recurring route programs can be arranged through your Sales representative.
Pricing
What affects pricing?
Pricing is based on factors such as:
Vehicle type
Distance
Service level
Additional services
Market conditions
Contract pricing (when applicable)
Can additional charges apply?
Yes.
Examples include:
Wait time
Tolls
Return trips
Additional mileage
Additional stops
Hold over
TONU
Delivery attempts
Loading or unloading services
Claims
How do I submit a claim?
Claims should be submitted through the Claims Ticket in the Support Messenger within the FRAYT Shipper Portal.

What information is required?
Please provide:
FRAYT Trip (Match) ID
Claim type
Claim amount
Description of the incident
Photos
Invoice, receipt, Bill of Lading, or other proof of value
How long do I have to submit a claim?
Claims must be submitted within six months of the delivery date.
Who receives reimbursement?
If a claim is approved, reimbursement is issued to the shipper or shipper location that submitted the claim.
The shipper is responsible for resolving the matter with their customer.
